Frequently Asked Questions

Is the Air Down included when you purchase an air mattress?

The Air Down is Not included with the purchase of an RTT Comfort. However our Skycamp DLX does include the RTT comfort and Air Down.

Does the air mattress include a patch kit?

Yes, there is a patch kit included in a pocket near the opening of the compression bag it is delivered in.

How much weight can the RTT Comfort support?

We currently do not have a weight limit listed for the RTT Comfort. However we do know we have not come into any issues or the mattress failing due to being used with large amounts of weight applied.

Does the air mattress have to be fully deflated to close the tent?

Yes. By fully deflating the air mattress, this also allows a bit more room for storage.

How do the valves work?

You can utilize any of the valves to inflate or deflate the air mattress. Each valve has a ‘cap’ to inflate, and a second ‘cap’ to deflate. When finished inflating or deflating, close the caps.

Can the air mattress be stored in the tent?

Yes. The air mattress must be fully deflated to be stored inside the tent.

Is the air mattress waterproof?

The air mattress is water resistant, but not waterproof.
