Return Policy

IMPORTANT

It is strongly recommended that you seek either the Manufacturers or our expert advice before buying a product where you are unsure about fitment. This can save you a lot of time and money and can also ensure you get the right product to suit your needs.

Whilst we take great care in compiling this data, we cannot 100% guarantee its accuracy due to our reliance on third party information. It is important that you know all your necessary vehicles details that may be required to confirm fitment including sub models, VIN, engine size etc..

At West Coast Off-Roaders, we are committed to ensuring that every product sold is in brand-new condition and has not been previously opened or repackaged.

We take pride in offering products exactly as we receive them from the manufacturer or supplier, so you can rest assured that your order will arrive as intended—ready to use, install, or gift without any hassle.

To maintain this standard, we have a very strict return policy in place and in return do no charge excessive administration or restocking fees. We also want to ensure that returning products to us is a smooth process.

Return & Exchange Policy

    Returns or exchanges must be made within 10 days of delivery of your package as noted by the carrier Tracking Number. After 20 days, we will not accept returns.

    You are responsible for return shipping costs and should select insurance when returning items as we cannot refund damaged or lost packages.

    Products must be in unboxed, with all original packaging intact, and in brand new, saleable condition.

 

Refund Calculation

Refunds will be calculated based on the original purchase price minus:

  Shipping costs.

  A 3% credit card processing fee.

  Restocking fee of 10% on stocked items.

  Duties, taxes, and fees for international shipments.

 

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

·       Special Order Items

·       Custom-made Products

·       Clearance Items

·       Apparel

·       Wheels

·       Shipping Costs

·       Brokerage Fees, Duties, and Taxes

 

Returning Products - RMA


To initiate a return, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Products returned without an RMA will not be processed.

·       To request an RMA, please email info@westcoastoffroaders.com

·       An approved RMA is valid for 30 days from the date issued to you.

·       Returns must be shipped to the correct facility as noted on the RMA.

·       Allow 5 business days from receipt of your items for us to process your return.

·       Refunds may take up to 7 business days and are dependent on your banking institution.

·       If we do not approve your return, we will provide clear reasons why we are unable to.

·       We can return ship the item to you at your cost.

 

Defective Items & Warranty Claims Policy

 

·       If you receive a damaged or defective product upon opening your order, please note that the item is covered under the manufacturer's warranty only. West Coast Off-Roaders is not responsible for defective products.

 

·       For warranty claims or repairs, please visit the manufacturer's website or contact the manufacturer directly. They will advise whether they can handle the claim with you directly or whether you should contact us. We note that different suppliers and manufacturers handles claims differently.

 

·       If you encounter any issues or need assistance with submitting your warranty claim, please contact West Coast Off-Roaders customer service at info@westcoastoffroaders.com. To ensure prompt assistance, please include a detailed description of the steps you’ve taken to initiate your warranty claim.

 

Missing Parts

 

·       Before beginning any installation process, it is essential to confirm that you or your installer have received all parts. West Coast Off-Roaders cannot be held liable for any delays or inconveniences resulting from missing parts including those missing as part of a kit.

·       If you notice that your order is missing parts, please follow these steps:

1.    Take a photo of the parts you have received.

2.    Capture an image of the manufacturer’s packaging and part numbers.

3.    Email these images, along with your Order Number, to info@westcoastoffroaders.com.

 

Important: Missing parts must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order to ensure quick resolution. Timing of resolution is depended on our suppliers and manufacturers and those timeframes may be outside of our control.
