Making a Tie Rod is easy, but we don't do easy; we chose Normalized 4130 Chromoly 1.625”OD .375” wall tube that can take a beating without breaking (97,200 pound per square inch).

This specially designed rod end has been engineered just for the JL Wrangler steering.
Full side to side range of motion ensures bind free steering when pushing the extremes of your Jeeps travel and articulation, while a limited "front to back" range of movement is built into the rod-end and eliminates the possibility of the offset to allow the tie-rod to "flop".

IMPORTANT NOTES
Requirements: Minimum 2" lift required.
Left Hand Drive: The RockSport steering stabilizer kit works with Left Hand Drive applications only.
Clearance: Raised steering stabilizer requires at least 2” of bump stop to clear frame
Billet Mount: MetalCloak highly recommends using anti-seize on all bolts.
