The 2” steel tube bed rails provide rigid attachment to the bedside and OverCab Rear Hoop or UnderCab Rear Hoop to distribute the load on the bed. The strong 2” OD steel tube bed rails are complimented with huge CNC steel billet clamps that attach firmly to the rear hoop with a combined clamping force of over 1,600lbs.
The rails connect the front and rear rail assembly together with solid billet, overlapping Shelf-Locks and secure into place using industrial grade corrosion resistant hardware. The Billet Shelf Lock connectors are fully welded into the tubes for incredible strength and help facilitate ease of assembly.
The BakPak Bed Rack is accessory ready; the rack comes with built in Molle panels to provide additional mounting options and the rack rails allow you to mount any of the ARS rack accessories that fit a 2” tube.
Mount your roof top tent or accessories securely to your bed rack with the optional cross beams. Choose between the Hi-Rise cross beams that provide additional bed clearance or select the lo-pro cross beams to have your roof top tent rest on top of the bed rack rails to help distribute the weight load. Both cross beams utilizes CAD formed and laser cut 1/8” steel channel welded to 2” diameter billet clamps that attaches firmly providing a combined clamping force of over 3,200lbs to the Rocklander Roof Trusses.
The cross-beams comes with a multitude of slotted holes on the steel channels to mount most roof top tents or accessories. The cross-beams are finished in a durable black texture powder coat to protect them against the elements and to keep them looking good.
Note: The JT Gladiator truck must have the factory trail rail system on the vehicle to mount the BakPak Bed Rack System.
Note: The Rear OverCab Hoop or UnderCab Hoop is required for the BakPak Bed Rack System.

ARS has created a structure to safely handle additional cargo loads for your Jeep JT Gladiator. The BakPak Bed Rack is a modular design that supports top loads like roof top tents and side gear for your overlanding adventure. Bring the gear you need like a rooftop-tent, bikes, kayaks, or other accessories and keep them secured to your Jeep.
Tube Diameter - Size Matters
ARS uses 2" diameter tube for maximum strength. Just a simple visual comparison shows the material used for ARS components far surpasses inferior brands.
Billet Shelf-Lock
Billet Shelf-Lock connections allow for ease of installation and increased functionality.
The bed rails connects the rear and front assemblies together with solid billet, overlapping Shelf-Locks and secure into place using industrial grade corrosion resistant hardware.
The Billet Shelf Lock connectors are fully welded into the tubes for incredible strength and help facilitate ease of assembly.
Adaptable System
The ARS JT Gladiator BakPak Bed Rack is an adaptable system designed specifically for the gear you need, like a rooftop-tent, bikes, kayaks, recovery gear, or other accessories. ARS is adaptable to keep whatever it is secured to your Jeep in even the most adverse conditions and allows for any of the ARS two inch tube accessories to be mounted.
Bed Side Strength
The ARS JT Gladiator BakPak Bed Rack work with the factory Trail Rail Cargo Tracks and is designed specifically for your jeeping adventures. The JT Gladiator BakPak Bed Rack has one of the highest rated dynamic load ratings available providing a rated bed side strength of 600lbs.
Optional Roof Top Cross Beams
Mount your roof top tent or accessories securely to your BakPak Bed Rack. The cross beam kit comes with a multitude of slotted holes on the steel channels to mount most roof top tents or accessories.
Cross Beam Clearance
Choose between the Hi-Rise Cross Beams that provide additional bed clearance or select the Lo-Pro Cross Beams to get your gear as low as possible; the choice of Beams put the weight of your accessory choices where you want and help distribute the weight loads to your preference.
Required Rear Hoop
The BakPak Bed Rack System requires either the OverCab Rear Hoop (R75100) or the UnderCab Rear Hoop (R75100) for installation. The OverCab Rear Hoop will work with the OverCab Rack System while the UnderCab's lo-profile design will not work with the OverCab rack components The Rear Hoop option will tell us which attachment points you require based off the hoop selected.
The OverCab Rack System and UnderCab Rear Hoop are sold separately.
